Margaret LeAnn Rimes (natural August 28, 1982) is a popular American country music singer.

Biography

Innate within Jackson, Mississippi, Rimes emerged with her number 1 lone, "Blue", whilst she was good baker's dozen years aged. She is virtually all recognized for her crossover hit "How Do I Live" which, based on data from a Billboard charts, is one of the virtually all successful songs around U.s. music history. Rimes' more guiding light songs include "Can't Fight the Moonlight", from either a picture Coyote Ugly, and American Idol favorite, "I Need You".

She has won an American Music Award, two Grammy Awards, three Academy of Country Music Awards, and quaternary Billboard Music Awards.

At a February 8, 2002 Opening Ceremony of the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Rimes was chosen to sing the theme song for people Olympic Games, "Light the Fire Within".

In February 23, 2002, she married Dean Sheremet, a dancer she met when recording Twisted Angel. It presently sleep in Nashville.

Inside 2005, LeAnn was selected to become a recently unsuspecting hosts of the USA Network reality tv series Nashville Star. She was as well selected to sing "Remember When," a official song for Disneyland's 50th day of remembrance celebration.

In Saturday, September triad, 2005, LeAnn Rimes performed the concert, in the three hour favorite in Larry King Live, as a benefit for victims affected in the Gulf Coast by Hurricane Katrina. As a Mississippian, she said that Hurricane Katrina "hit close to home". She got performed inside Biloxi, Mississippi just days prior to a hurricane.
